 Our mission is to provide a wonderful shopping experience for customers and a place where our vendors thrive! We have limited booth space and work hard to ensure a good mix of product offerings to benefit our customers and vendors alike. 

We do not allow “flea market” or “garage sale” type items to uphold the quality shopping experience we offer to our customers. All potential vendors are required to submit photos of their items as well as a booth décor plan to be considered as a vendor. We DO NOT respond to inquiries without photos. You can also email us directly with photos. 

We pride ourselves on being a premier shopping destination offering quality products including antiques, vintage items, primitive, collectibles, found, farm house, rustic, home décor, shabby chic, unique gift items, quality handmade and craftsman type items from local artisans. 

According to the CDOT Traffic Data, I-25 and Hwy 66 intersection has in excess of 115,000 cars pass by daily! Our tall, prominent building is located right off the exit, giving great highway visibility for Sugar Mill. Easy, convenient shopping for our customers with ample, free parking.
